Transportation Manager at SUNDA INTERNATIONAL

Transport marketing management and exploitation :

Tanzania transportation market investigation and bring enough low rate/high-qualification transporters to be strong back up for company low-cost cooperation

Truck fleet management :

Drivers' management, fuel consumption management, maintenance and repairing cost management, daily report completion and management

Office team management:

Handling good communication and solve out the request, challenges from all officers, provide officers with good office work communication. Organize weekly meeting , find out ,summarize and follow the risk, challenge and solution from payment team, dispatching team and truck fleet team

Dealing with request and complaint from customers and suppliers or other sales departments, proactively reporting and suggesting to top management

Qualification:

1.Candidate must be mastered in TANZANIA domestics transportation and Kenya transportation market, especially has a good grasp of Mwanza, Arusha ，Nairobi transport market

2.Candidate must be good at logistics market investigation

3.Candidate need to be experienced in truck team management , be well-knowledgeable at all key factors in this field

4.Candidate have to be disciplined and executive

5.No more than 40 years, bachelor degree,5 years work experiences and above, lead a team around 20 persons.
