KIGALI BUS SAERVICE [KBS] 2012-02-01 - 2014-12-20 I worked with Kigali Bus Service as assistant procurement officer and Logistics officer2012-2014  Develops, all logistics, Coordinates and Supervise District in logistics based site coordinators.  To prepare narrative reports for management purposes and other stakeholders.  Participate in planning and the preparation of the organization budget.  Resolving cross-functional issues at program level.  Ensuring projects maintain focused on benefits. as principle of procurement application  Act as project monitor for sub agreements pertaining to multi-sectoral activities to ensure achievements of the program me and goals in logistics.  To designing various training manuals for community on procurement environment Paraprofessionals at field level.  Ensure adequate stakeholder’s consultation and participation at all stages of project implementation of all logistics in Kigali city.  To establish and to nurture the good relationship with village, Councils/District, NGO,in order to strengthen the Public Private procurement Partnership Model of operations(PPP).  Consolidate all field Areas Coordinators reports to a Monthly narrative and report to logistics manager according to rule and regulation of logistics.
