The Key Purpose of this role is to drive continuous and sustainable improvements in product quality across the brewing value chain through the optimization of manufacturing processes, implementation of VPO practices, and adherence to AB InBev quality and technical standards. The role ensures the consistent delivery of production and quality targets while supporting innovation, process improvement, and operational excellence.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with Global Technical Standards (GTS), Brewing Technical Manuals, and Process Technical Standards (PTS).
- Conduct process, quality, and work-practice audits in line with AB InBev standards.
- Maintain a safe, healthy, and compliant work environment.
- Drive VPO implementation and continuous improvement initiatives across the brewing process.
- Monitor process performance and provide regular feedback to Brewing Managers and Zone Brewing Coordinators.
- Apply structured problem-solving methodologies to identify root causes and implement sustainable corrective actions.
- Support process optimization, CAPIN, Value Analysis (VA), project implementation, and production trials.
- Collaborate with operational teams to resolve process and quality-related issues.
- Manage and control fixed and variable costs while minimizing losses and waste.
- Ensure effective maintenance practices and support production performance optimization.
- Apply performance and people management principles to develop capability and drive results.

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Biological Sciences, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a brewing, manufacturing, or production environment.
- Experience as a Brewing Area Manager or Brewing Trainee will be advantageous.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
