Established in 2008, AGL operates in 45 African countries through a network of 250 subsidiaries, employing over 25,000 staff members.

Services Offered:

• Port Operations: AGL manages 42 port terminals, including 16 container terminals and 35 dry ports, in countries such as Côte d'Ivoire, Ghana, Nigeria, Cameroon, Gabon, Congo, Togo, and Guinea.
• Rail Transport: The company holds railway concessions like Sitarail (Côte d'Ivoire-Burkina Faso) and Camrail (Cameroon), facilitating the movement of goods and passengers between neighboring countries.
• Logistics Services: AGL offers multimodal transport, trade compliance, contract logistics, global supply chain management, industrial projects, e-commerce solutions, and customer value services.

Ownership and Transition:

In December 2021, the Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC) acquired AGL's parent company, Bolloré Transport & Logistics. This acquisition was finalized in March 2022, leading to the rebranding of Bolloré Africa Logistics as Africa Global Logistics in March 2023.
