AGECO is looking for experienced, dedicated and hard-working individuals to fill the following position.
JOB TITLE
Quantity Surveyor
The ideal candidate for this position should have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying/Building Economics with at least 2 years of work experience.
JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The duties for this position include managing the financial and contractual aspects of engineering projects, including:
- Cost estimation.
- Tender management.
- Preparing bidding documents.
- Uploading bidding documents on NeST.
- Contractual administration.
- Project cost controls.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying/Building Economics.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
AGECO is a Civil, Building, Electrical and Renewable Energy (Solar) Contractor registered by the Contractors Registration Board (CRB) with at least 10 years of experience in provision of top-quality engineering services like construction of new buildings, maintenance and renovations of existing buildings, electrical installations, rural electrifications projects such as construction of power transmission lines, solar system installations and so forth for wide-ranging clients including public entities, private firms, international organizations such as embassies, religious organizations and individuals.
