We need a person who has experience of at least 3 years selling houses, One who can manage there time accordingly and has adequate costomer service.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Real Estate Salesperson with at least 3 years of experience in selling houses. The ideal candidate should possess excellent customer service and communication skills, be able to manage their time effectively, and have a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential property buyers.
• Market and promote residential properties to prospective clients.
• Conduct property viewings and provide accurate information to buyers.
• Negotiate sales agreements and assist clients throughout the purchasing process.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Keep accurate records of client interactions, property listings, and sales activities.
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.
• Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitor activities.

The successful candidate must be self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
