Job Description
- Provide administrative support to the sales team (e.g., preparing sales reports,maintaining CRM systems).
- Process sales bookings/capture and ensure timely follow up with technical and scheduling teams.
- Maintain and update customer records, price lists, and sales documentation.
- Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Coordinate meetings, calls, and calendars for sales representatives.
- Respond to customer inquiries and escalate issues to relevant team members.
- Monitor and track sales targets, KPIs, and team performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to sales processes.
