JOB VACANCY – HR MANAGER 5+WORKING EXPERIENCE
Location: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven HR Manager to lead and manage our Human Resources function.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and systems.
- Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding and employee retention.
- Oversee employee attendance, leave management, payroll and personnel records.
- Manage performance appraisal, KPIs and employee development.
- Handle disciplinary matters, grievances and employee relations professionally.
- Ensure compliance with Tanzania labour laws and employment regulations.
- Coordinate workplace health, safety and employee welfare matters.
- Develop succession planning and staff development programmes.
- Advise management on HR matters and workforce planning.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
- Lead and supervise the HR team.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in HR Management, preferably in a medium to large organization.
- Demonstrated experience managing a substantial workforce.
- Strong knowledge of Tanzania labour laws and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management and disciplinary procedures.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality and professionalism.
- Good computer skills and experience using HR systems/software.
- Experience with OHS/WIMS compliance will be an added advantage.
