Key Responsibilities

  1. Receive and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, Whats App, and in person.
  2. Register and maintain customer records in the company system.
  3. Provide accurate information on shipment schedules, freight charges, and delivery timelines.
  4. Monitor cargo movements and provide regular updates to customers.
  5. Coordinate with warehouse, operations, and clearing teams regarding cargo status.
  6. Assist customers with cargo booking and documentation requirements.
  7. Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
  8. Inform customers when cargo arrives and coordinate collection or delivery.
  9. Prepare customer service reports and maintain service records.
  10. Follow up on outstanding payments and delivery confirmations.
  11. Educate customers on company procedures, policies, and service offerings.
  12. Support marketing efforts by promoting company services and maintaining customer relationships.
