Key Learning Areas and Responsibilities
The HR Intern will support the Human Resource Office in day-to-day HR administration and employee-related activities.
Responsibilities may include:
- Supporting employee records management.
- Assisting with recruitment and selection activities.
- Supporting employee onboarding and orientation.
- Assisting with attendance and leave administration.
- Supporting preparation of HR reports.
- Assisting with training and development activities.
- Supporting employee engagement initiatives.
- Assisting with performance management documentation.
- Supporting HR correspondence and filing.
- Assisting with implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Supporting general HR administrative activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Human Resources Planning and Management, Business Administration (HR), or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of HR practices and employment procedures.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good computer and organizational skills.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Willingness to learn and develop a career in Human Resources.
