• Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans that stimulate curiosity.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and highly organized classroom environment.
• Guide student behavior positively using excellent classroom management skills.
• Assess ongoing student progress and adapt teaching strategies to diverse learning needs.
• Communicate constructively and consistently with parents and school administration regarding developmental milestones.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Education or a closely related educational field.
• A genuine, demonstrated passion for working with young children.
