Programme Overview

The HR Trainee Programme is a structured development programme designed to guide trainees through a structured learning pathway. The programme aims to:

• Introduce trainees to the Sugar Industry and Kilombero Sugar Company Limited (KSCL).
• Provide trainees with the technical, leadership, and business exposure required in the Human Resources field.

Programme Objectives

• Support the transition from academic studies to the professional workplace.
• Connect trainees with different people and functions within the business.
• Develop technical proficiency, business acumen, and leadership skills.
• Measure individual progress against identified learning outcomes.
• Provide guided learning within a structured development framework.
• Conduct developmental reviews to identify and close performance gaps.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from a recognized institution.
• Computer literacy.
