Key Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential buyers (local Tanzanians, diaspora, and international investors)
• Conduct property site visits and presentations in English and Swahili
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Negotiate and close sales deals
• Provide post-sale follow-up and customer support
• Share market feedback and buyer insights with the management team

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in real estate sales in Dar es Salaam or other Tanzanian markets
• Fluent in both English and Swahili (spoken and written)
• Strong understanding of local property market trends, pricing, and customer behavior
• Existing client network (individuals, businesses, diaspora) is a strong plus
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and excellent communication skills
