Location: Iwambi Area, Mbeya City, Southern Tanzania

Position: Quality Assurance Officer (1 post),
Department: Production,
Reports to: Production Manager,

Job Summary;

A Quality Officer is responsible for ensuring products, services, or processes consistently meet established safety, regulatory, and company standards.

Key Responsibilities;

• Monitor daily operations, inspect products, or review services to detect and prevent defects or deviations,
• Document all quality procedures, and prepare compliance reports for management,
• Inspect, test, or measure materials,
• Review systems, practices and policies and to ensure that all staff operate and manage the Unit consistent with and aligned to legal regulations and guidelines.

Required Qualifications and Skills;

• A bachelor’s degree or diploma in food science, Food and Biochemical Engineering or any other relevant field.
• Good communication skills.
• High attention to details.
• Analytical skills.
• Leadership skills.
• Alcoholic industry environment experience is an added advantage.
