Naru Zanzibar is looking for an experienced HR Specialist to join our growing team and support our operations across Zanzibar.
We are looking for someone professional, organized, people-focused, and experienced in building strong teams within fast-paced environments. This role will support hiring, onboarding, employee management, HR processes, and overall team operations.
What You’ll Do
- Lead recruitment and hiring processes across departments
- Manage onboarding for new team members
- Support employee relations and day-to-day HR operations
- Help develop and maintain HR policies and processes
- Coordinate contracts, documentation, and staff records
- Support performance management and team accountability
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years HR experience required
- Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, travel, or service industries preferred
- Strong English communication skills
- Experience with recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration
- Based in Zanzibar or willing to relocate
