We are looking for energetic, ambitious, and self-driven individuals to join our team and contribute to the growth of our company by identifying business opportunities and developing strong client relationships.

NB: Please indicate your preferred area of specialization in your application: Property Management, Tax Consultancy, or Building Cleaning & Maintenance Services.

The successful candidates will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, arranging business meetings, and generating quality leads for the company's technical team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify and approach potential clients.
2. Promote the company's services professionally.
3. Schedule meetings between prospective clients and the company's technical team.
4. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
5. Build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
6. Follow up on client enquiries.
7. Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities.
8. Meet agreed monthly performance targets.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Public Relations, Real Estate, Finance, Taxation, or any related field.
2. Must be a resident of Dodoma.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
5. Computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Email, and Internet).
6. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
7. Fluent in both English and Kiswahili.
8. Aged 22-35 years
9. Previous experience in sales or marketing will be an added advantage but is not mandatory.

Remuneration

An attractive performance-based remuneration package will be offered, including:

1. A monthly salary of TZS 150,000 during the initial three (3) months probation period, with the possibility of a salary review upon satisfactory performance.

3. Attractive commission on successful contracts
4. Performance bonuses based on achievement of targets
