Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Refrigeration Technician located in Dar es-Salaam. The Refrigeration Technician will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing refrigeration systems and related equipment. Key responsibilities include diagnosing issues in HVAC and refrigeration systems, conducting regular inspections, and ensuring systems are running efficiently. Collaboration with the maintenance team and adherence to safety protocols are essential aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Preventive Maintenance and general Maintenance & Repair
• Strong skills in Troubleshooting refrigeration and HVAC systems
• Knowledge of Electricity and its application in refrigeration systems
• Experience in HVAC systems and their maintenance
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with team members
• Commitment to safety standards and regulations
• Relevant technical certifications or a diploma in refrigeration, HVAC, or a related field
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry or similar settings is a plus
