- Handle check in procedure and follow admission instruction Greet, Receive and bid farewell guests at Entrance and Reception
- Assist guests with their internet access requirements, baggage arrangement and shower booking.
- Carry out regular checks of all areas of the Lounge.
- Assist to promote various services and facilities of our airport lounges to customers, ensure able to deals with guest requests and complaints promptly and effectively
- Take care of lost and found items and the related documentation.
- Handle confidential information, including guest records, with a high degree of integrity. Responsible for answering the telephone line and taking appropriate immediate action. Maintain accurate records including cash flows and receipts.
- To cooperate and work in a team for development, implementation, maintenance and improvement of the quality management system.
- Greet all customers pleasantly and with courtesy, provide visitors with all directions and provide all information regarding their flight.
- Check if the passengers have all their luggage and travel documents and assist them with luggage where appropriate.
- Coordinate with related parties to ensure smooth service such as Wheelchair, accommodation and transportation.
- Liaise with Security, Customs and Luggage department as and when required. Escorts passengers through security, customs including Lounge if relevant.
- Keeping passengers updated about flight change, delay, cancel or gate change.
