POSITION: Online Engagement Officer
LOCATION: Tanzania

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and monitor TFF’s social media platforms and online communities.
- Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in planning, coordinating and executing audience engagement strategies across digital and traditional platforms.
- Analyze engagement metrics and prepare performance reports.
- Coordinate online campaigns, promotions, and fan interaction activities.
- Work closely with the media team to ensure consistent and engaging content.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field.
- Proven experience in social media management or digital engagement.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Passion for football and knowledge of sports trends.
ADDED ADVANTAGE
- Experience in sports organizations or digital media.
- Skills in content creation (graphics, video, or copywriting).
