Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role, based in Posta Mpya, for a Videographer. The Videographer will be responsible for conceptualizing, filming, and editing compelling video content aligned with the company's branding and marketing goals. Daily tasks include collaborating with creative and marketing teams, managing production schedules, operating video equipment, and ensuring the quality of all visual content. Additionally, the Videographer will handle post-production tasks such as video editing, audio synchronization, color correction, and incorporating graphics or motion design elements.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in video production and editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software
- Strong skills in creative storytelling and visual composition
- Experience in operating professional filming equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio gear
- Knowledge of color grading, audio editing, and motion graphics integration
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle production schedules and tight deadlines
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing and creative departments
- Knowledge of emerging trends in video production and content creation
- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Studies, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in a similar role, particularly in tech or consumer goods sectors, is advantageous
