Job Purpose

Manage and support partner shops to drive sales performance, ensure operational excellence, improve customer service, and achieve business objectives through effective channel management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor partner shop performance against KPIs, ensuring compliance with operational standards and performance targets.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner shops, providing operational guidance and resolving challenges.
  • Deliver training and ongoing support to improve partner teams' product knowledge and service standards.
  • Prepare and present performance reports with actionable insights to support business decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements across all partner shops.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in channel sales or partner management, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
