QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in:

  • Marketing
  • Digital Marketing
  • Business Administration
  • Communication
  • Information Technology
  • Computer Science
  • Or related fields

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in:

  • Marketing
  • Customer service
  • Sales
  • Telesales
  • Or a similar customer-facing role

• Experience within the telecommunications industry is preferred.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute strategies to grow digital channels, including app registrations, downloads, active users and digital adoption through targeted acquisition initiatives.
• Drive initiatives that increase customer engagement, frequency of usage, retention and conversion across digital platforms using customer insights and behavioral data.
• Design and manage customer journeys across acquisition, onboarding, activation, engagement, upselling, retention and win-back, ensuring relevant and timely customer interactions.
• Monitor and analyze digital KPIs including:

  • Registrations
  • MAU
  • Conversion
  • Engagement
  • Retention
  • Campaign response
  • Revenue contribution

• Translate insights from digital KPIs into actionable improvements.

COMPETENCIES

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, good listener, team player, and positive attitude is necessary.
• Sound understanding of telecommunications products and services, including:

  • Voice and data bundles
  • Airtime
  • Value-Added Services (VAS)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to:

  • Interpret data
  • Identify trends
  • Make informed decisions
