Freight Forwarder

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Freight Forwarder to join our team.

As a Freight Forwarder at All in One Logistics, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the movement of goods, managing shipments, and ensuring our clients’ cargo reaches its destination safely and on time.

Your responsibilities will encompass coordinating logistics operations, working closely with our clients, carriers, and internal teams to optimize efficiency and deliver outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and process required documentation for customs clearance, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.

Coordinate and manage logistics operations, including transportation and distribution, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.

Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries and concerns.

Utilize our advanced tracking and supply chain visibility systems to monitor and manage shipments, providing real-time updates to clients.

Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to clients through supply chain analytics.

Work closely with our consulting and third parties teams to optimize logistics strategies for clients seeking expert guidance.

Manage relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise

Collaborate with other internal departments, such as logistics, finance, and operations, to ensure timely and efficient service delivery

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws, including customs regulations and trade laws

Adhere to All in One Logistics Ltd policy and procedures and ensure that all work is carried out to preset service levels

Identify areas of business which require improvements i.e.: operational processes, cost control, customer service, attention to detail and work with your colleagues to resolve accordingly.

Provide 1st class customer service as well as pay attention to detail at all times.
