Role Overview

As General Manager, you will be the driving force behind our operations, strategy, and growth. We are looking for a Leader with a deep understanding of real estate asset value, development project management, and the operational excellence of luxury hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage overall company operations across real estate and hospitality divisions.
  • Manage the pre-opening phase of projects, including establishing timelines, developing budgets, and overseeing construction handover to ensure specifications and brand standards are met
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and profitability.
  • Oversee property development, sales, and hospitality service delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, partners, and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
  • Recruit, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement cost-effective measures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Hospitality Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in senior management within real estate, hospitality, or related industries.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to innovate and adapt.
  • Knowledge of Tanzanian real estate and hospitality markets is a strong advantage.
  • Fluency in English
