The Fisheries Education and Training Agency (FETA) is a semi-autonomous government institution in Tanzania, operating under the Ministry of Livestock and Fisheries. Established in 2012 through the merger of the Mbegani Fisheries Development Centre (MFDC) and the Nyegezi Freshwater Fisheries Institute (NFFI), FETA is dedicated to advancing the country's fisheries and aquaculture sectors by providing specialized education, training, and research opportunities.
