Handeni District Council

Handeni District Council is a rural local government authority in Tanzania's Tanga Region, governing a 6,453 km² area with a 2022 population of 384,353. It manages development activities, has its administrative capital in Mkata, and is separate from the distinct Handeni Town Council.
