REQUIREMENTS

• Must hold a college qualification at Diploma level or above.
• Must be able to communicate in both English & Swahili.
• Must have at least 1 year of experience in sales.
• Must be hardworking and self-motivated.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree, Diploma or Certificate in Business or related field.
• Sales experience, preferably in insurance/financial services.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation & closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Results-driven and customer-focused.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
