Role Summary:

Responsible for promoting company products, acquiring new customers, and maintaining strong relationships with existing dealers across Tanzania.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit dealers and potential customers in different regions of Tanzania

- Present and promote company products to achieve sales targets

- Collect market feedback and report on competitor activity

- Maintain good relationships with dealers and follow up on orders

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports

Requirements:

- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

- At least 2–3 years of experience in sales or marketing (motorcycle or automotive industry is an added advantage)

- Must be willing to travel extensively across Tanzania

- Valid driver's license (motorcycle or car) is an advantage

- Good communication and negotiation skills in Swahili and English

- Self-motivated, honest, and results-oriente

Work Arrangement: 

Full-time with frequent travel.
