Role Summary:

Responsible for welcoming visitors, answering calls, responding to customer inquiries, and providing excellent front-desk service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and direct visitors, customers, and suppliers

- Answer and route phone calls professionally

- Respond to customer questions in person, by phone, or via WhatsApp

- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

- Assist with basic administrative tasks (filing, data entry, scheduling)

 

 

Requirements:

- Certificate or Diploma in Customer Service, Office Management, or a related field

- At least 1 year of experience in reception or customer care

- Excellent spoken and written Swahili and English

- Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor

- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)

Work Arrangement:

Full-time, based at company premises.
