Pathfinder International is a global non-profit organisation that works to promote women’s health, sexual and reproductive rights, and gender equality, with programmes also focused on climate resilience and leadership.

In Tanzania, Pathfinder operates local and community-driven programmes partnering with health systems, government bodies, and grassroots organisations. Its work includes training healthcare providers, expanding access to family planning and contraceptive services, providing post-abortion care, addressing gender norms and stigma, supporting adolescent and youth sexual and reproductive health, and using digital tools and behaviour change communication to reach underserved populations
