Position Summary

The Syrup Room Operator will be responsible for ensuring the timely and proper preparation of syrup to support the production process.

Key Performance Indicators and Responsibilities

• Operate and control machines and equipment in the syrup room.
• Perform Clean-in-Place (CIP) activities according to the approved CIP Matrix and company requirements.
• Accurately record and report information related to syrup preparation and production.
• Order required concentrates in a timely manner to avoid interruptions to production.
• Immediately report any failure or problem affecting syrup preparation.
• Clean and replenish processing areas and syrup room equipment in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements.
• Ensure syrup room activities are performed according to established quality and production procedures.

Competencies and Skills

• Knowledge of microbiological testing.
• Knowledge of chemical testing and standardization methods.
• Ability to prepare and write accurate reports.
• Good spoken and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with production and other operational teams.

Entry Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Laboratory, Chemistry, or Food Science.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
