Tanzania Wildlife Management Authority (TAWA) is a government institution responsible for the management, conservation, and sustainable utilization of wildlife resources in areas outside the national parks and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area in Tanzania. Established to ensure the protection of Tanzania's rich biodiversity, TAWA oversees wildlife management areas, game reserves, and open areas.
