How to Use CUHAS OSIM
Create an Account
New students:
- Visit https://osim.bugando.ac.tz/
- Use your CSEE index (e.g.,

) to get a CUHAS registration number. - Fill in email, phone, password → Register
Academic staff:
- Request a “Request Code” from your Head of Department to register
- Alumni & Transfer Students – Use their respective signup options on the main page
Login to Your Account – Enter your registered email and password. If forgotten, use your Form IV index number in UPPERCASE to reset
Complete Internal Steps
After login, the system walks you through modules:
- Step 1: Fill in academic background, personal, and guardian info
- Step 2: Provide bank or sponsor details (if applicable)
- Step 3: Upload necessary documents
- Step 4: Generate payment invoices, verify payment
- Final: Submit application and track its status
Make & Verify Payments
- Generate a control number for required fees (application, tuition, etc.).
