How to Use CUHAS OSIM

Create an Account

New students:

  • Visit https://osim.bugando.ac.tz/
  • Use your CSEE index (e.g., S0286/0074/2008) to get a CUHAS registration number.
  • Fill in email, phone, password → Register

Academic staff:

  • Request a “Request Code” from your Head of Department to register
  • Alumni & Transfer Students – Use their respective signup options on the main page

Login to Your Account – Enter your registered email and password. If forgotten, use your Form IV index number in UPPERCASE to reset

Complete Internal Steps

After login, the system walks you through modules:

  • Step 1: Fill in academic background, personal, and guardian info
  • Step 2: Provide bank or sponsor details (if applicable)
  • Step 3: Upload necessary documents
  • Step 4: Generate payment invoices, verify payment
