Overview
Uyui District Council serves as the administrative and governing body of Uyui District, situated in Tanzania’s Tabora Region. Encompassing approximately 11,966 – 13,453 km² of gently undulating plains at altitudes of about 1,100 – 1,200 m, the Council encircles the Tabora Municipal enclave and shares boundaries with Nzega, Igunga, Shinyanga Region to the north, Sikonge District to the south, Urambo and Kaliua to the west, and Singida Region to the east.
