Administrator at Alfred H Knight Tanzania

Alfred H Knight has an exciting opportunity for a Job Administrator to join our team in Tanzania. In this role, you will support our hub operations team with data troubleshooting, spreadsheet management, and data quality tasks. This will also include producing accurate and timely digital reports to the AHK Client Services team as per the KPI’s and support teams with creating and maintaining operational dashboards and reports.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

To be successful at Alfred H Knight you will need to display the following:

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND WORK EXPERIENCE

Required Competencies

• Attention to detail to detail and a methodical approach to data cleansing.
• Comfortable with repetitive data QA and error-finding tasks.
• Good communication skills to explain data issues to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel ( Pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, nested formulas, conditional formatting, etc.)
• Proficiency with google sheets, including collaborative tools and App Script basics is desirable.
• Basic knowledge of SQL or data visualisation tools (e.g. Google Data Studio, Tableau).

Required Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in any Information Technology related field.
