Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for the Head of Sales at mr UK Corporation located in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. The Head of Sales will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, managing the sales team, implementing sales strategies, and maintaining key client relationships on behalf of the company.
- Sales Strategy Development: Creating and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets, ensuring the company meets its revenue goals.
- Team Leadership: Managing and leading the sales team, providing guidance, training, and motivation to ensure high performance.
- Sales Forecasting: Analyzing sales data and market trends to forecast sales and set realistic goals for the team.
- Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, negotiating contracts, and handling major accounts.
- Budget Management: Overseeing the sales budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently, and maintaining cost-effectiveness.
- Reporting and Analysis: Tracking sales performance, generating reports, and analyzing data to make informed decisions on improving sales efforts.
- Collaboration with Marketing: Working closely with the marketing team to align sales campaigns, promotions, and product offerings.
- Training and Development: Organizing training programs for the sales team to enhance their skills and improve sales tactics.
- Product Knowledge: Keeping up to date with product developments and understanding customer needs to better sell the company's offerings.
- Market Expansion: Identifying and pursuing opportunities for expansion into new markets or customer segments.
