Job Description
- The Employee shall perform the following HR-related duties in accordance with the Employer’s legitimate business needs and Tanzanian labor laws.
- Responsible for the full-cycle recruitment of the company’s employees.
- Assist foreign employees in handling work visas, residence permits, work permits and other formalities required by Tanzanian immigration laws; follow up the validity period of relevant certificates and remind employees to renew them in a timely manner;
- Supervise and record the daily attendance of all employees in accordance with the company’s attendance system .
- Handle the entry, transfer, and resignation procedures of employees.
- Declare and pay statutory deductions for employees in accordance with Tanzanian laws.
- Hiring 100 excellent transportation truck drivers.
- Manage the daily work of drivers, including daily communication and standardized driving
- Assist the Employer in conducting quarterly performance reviews of employees , including but not limited to collecting performance data, organizing review meetings, and filing review results;
- Manage employee files in a standardized manner.
- Provide preliminary coordination for labor disputes between the Employer and employees, and report the dispute situation and handling progress to the Employer in a timely manner ;
- Other HR-related duties reasonably assigned by the Employer that are consistent with the nature of the Human Resources Manager position and do not violate Tanzanian laws.
- Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Administration Management, Business Administrationare preferred
- At least 3 years ofadministrative work experience; experience in administrative management at Chinese-funded enterprises or foreign-funded enterprises in Tanzania is p
- Familiar with local Tanzanian administrative processes, labor laws and regulations,and office compliance requirements
- Possess excellent problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office(Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook) and have basic operational experience with administrative management systems.
