Gender-Sensitive Youth Leadership Training Facilitator at FINCA Microfinance Bank Tanzania

Role Description

This is a contract role for a Gender-Sensitive Youth Leadership Training Facilitator, based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, with some remote work flexibility. The facilitator will design and implement gender-sensitive youth leadership training programs. This includes developing training materials, conducting workshops, and providing ongoing support and mentorship to participants. The facilitator will work closely with community leaders, organizations, and other stakeholders to promote leadership development among the youth.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and facilitating training programs
• Strong understanding of gender issues and youth leadership principles
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to engage and mentor young people effectively
• Proficiency in project management and organizational skills
• Experience working with community leaders and organizations
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Sciences, Gender Studies, or related field
• Experience in the microfinance or development sector is an advantage
