Job Description
Generate liabilities ,create risk asset and explore other banking business from the corporate/retail clients to ensure that they benefit from the full range of UBA’s financial markets capabilities
Responsibilities
- Responsible for asset and liability management for the UBA Tanzania by driving deposit mobilization as well as loan portfolio
- Ensure maximum activity on customers’ accounts
- Responsible for relationship management within UBA Tanzania
- Develop periodic performance reports
- Ensure business directives and initiatives from management are well disseminated across the country
- Ensure the achievement of agreed targets in terms of deposit and risk asset mobilization
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelors’ degree is compulsory; a Masters’ degree and/or a professional qualification is added advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years inexperience in the same role.
