The first point of contact for any customer who has a question or an issue with a product or service we sell.
Duties
- Answering inbound phone calls
- Addressing customers’ questions about products and services
- Processing payments or returns.
- Generate sales leads
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Candidate Requirements
- Genuinely excited to help customers.
- Should be patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative
- Should love to talk and understand the value of good communication skills.
- Fluency in Swahili & English
