Job Description

The Sales Officer is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, as well as identifying and qualifying new leads. The Sales Officer will also be responsible for generating sales orders and ensuring that all customer requirements are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
  • Identify and qualify new leads
  • Generate sales orders
  • Ensure that all customer requirements are met
  • Provide technical support to customers
  • Attend trade shows and industry events
  • Conduct market research
  • Prepare sales reports

Qualifications:

  •  Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the power tools industry
  • Strong understanding of the power tools market
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
