Graphic Design Intern at Flashnet Technologies Tanzania

We are looking for a creative and motivated Graphic Design Intern to join our team. You will assist in creating engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media including digital, print, and social platforms. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or entry level designing professional looking to gain hands-on experience in graphic design and build their portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Creation of visual content for social media, websites, flyers, and presentations.
• Design banners, posters, logos, and other marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas and execute creative concepts.
• Support the team with layout design for print and digital materials.
• Prepare images for online content, ads, and other platforms.
• Follow design guidelines to maintain brand consistency.
• Participate in team meetings to understand project requirements.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Basic understanding of design principles (typography, layout, color theory).
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, or Sketch is a plus.
• A strong portfolio showcasing creative projects and designs.
• Ability to take feedback and apply it to improve designs.
• Good communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
