MERIDIANBET is looking for a Graphics Designer

POSITION: Graphics Designer
DEPARTMENT: Marketing
LOCATION: Dar-Es-Salaam, Tanzania
REPORTING TO: Head of Online & Digital Marketing Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Conceptualizing visuals based on requirements
• Creating images and layouts by hand or using design software
• Responsible for developing various types of creative content for advertisements, brochures
• Designing artwork for social media both Static and Videos
• Design Banners promotions for Website
• Posters and artwork for Retail shops
• Designs for CSR projects and other give Away and Charity (Both Video and printing material)
• Website Management (Betting and Sports Portal)

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• A relevant qualification in advertising, communication design, or visual arts
• 2 to 3 years Adobe Illustrator Design experience (Nonnegotiable)
• Adobe Photoshop experience
• 2 to 3 years Graphics Design experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• A demonstrated ability to think creatively and execute campaigns effectively
• Experience in designing advertisements and content for both digital and print mediums
• Interest in Sports (soccer, cricket, rugby, tennis, basketball etc.) is a must
• Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design or related field.

Additional Skills and Requirements

Previous experience with social media management tools and content design / creation across various social platforms
Experience with vinyl branding and shop signage
