Motion Designer at Yas Tanzania

• Bachelor's degree in design, Motion Design, Animation, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Motion Designer, preferably in corporate communication or marketing environment
• Tanzania

Your profile

• Strong creative and artistic skills with the ability to develop visually appealing motion graphics and animations
• Expertise in motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Cinema 4D, and other relevant tools
• Excellent storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into simple and engaging visual content
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in French is a plus

Your challenges

• Creating motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for various corporate and internal communication materials, including videos, presentations, social media content, web banners and internal newsletters
• Developing creative concepts and storyboards based on project requirements and communication objectives
• Designing visually compelling motion graphics that effectively communicate the intended message and engage the target audience
• Assisting in video production, including editing footage, adding motion graphics, and creating visual effects to enhance video content
• Ensuring all motion graphics and animations are consistent with the company's visual identity and brand guidelines
• Continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and improve the quality and effectiveness of motion graphics and animation content
