Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Middle Primary, located in Dar es-Salaam. The Head of Middle Primary will be responsible for overseeing the middle primary school section, managing and mentoring teachers, developing and implementing educational programs, and ensuring high academic performance among students. The role includes collaborating with other school administrators, engaging with parents, and monitoring student progress. The Head of Middle Primary will also be responsible for upholding Silverleaf's educational standards and supporting professional development initiatives for staff.

Qualifications
