Job Description
- Job Title: Mechanical Engineer (KTE)
- Location: Kigamboni, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical projects, particularly in piping with a focus on Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG).
- In-depth knowledge of LPG industry standards, codes, and regulations.
- Strong proficiency in piping design software and AutoCAD.
- Registered as a professional engineer with the Engineer’s Registration Board (ERB).
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Certification in relevant safety standards and procedures.
- Strong oral and written communication skills to simplify information for stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Extremely detail-oriented.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
