Job Description

About The Role
Responsible for running/operating the machinery as well as do regular maintenance on the machines.
Role Responsibilities
- Deliver Production at rated speed.
- Capture data, carry out Quality at Source Tasks and maintain quality standards
- Responsible for CILT on Own machine (Clean, Inspect, Lubricate and Tightening)
- Adhere to safety and act accordingly.
- Responsible for the proper maintenance and safe operation of all machinery under his/her control.
- Responsible for the cleanliness of Own working area.
- Completion of Shift Hand-over Reports.
- Execution of Maintenance on assigned Equipment.
- Implementation of LOTOTO on assigned equipment (Lock-Out-Tag-Out-Try-Out)
- Accurately Capturing Short-Interval Control Data on assigned Equipment.
- Ensure 5-Why or RCPS is done on Down times as per requirements on assigned machines’ breakdowns.
- Ensuring quality and food safety requirement are through embedding quality and food safety culture in Ways of working.
Experience / Skills Required
Bachelors degree or equivalent in Engineering in Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical & Process Engineering
1 year experience in Operating & Maintaining Manufacturing Equipment (Preferably Utilities Equipment)
