Result Areas

As a Finance Officer, you will contribute to VVOB’s mission of providing quality education by ensuring high-quality management of financial resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate continuous improvement, knowledge building, and sharing in financial operations.
• Support, coach, and train teams in financial processes, monitoring, and operations.
• Provide accounting and administrative support, including reporting and bookkeeping.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or equivalent experience.

Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office and financial systems (e.g., ERP).
• Fluent in English and Kiswahili.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Tanzanian nationality with a valid work permit.
