Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Oversee all HR functions, including Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, and Employee Relations.
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws, HR regulations, and best practice standards.
Core Competencies:
- Strategic HR planning, execution, and systems development in a dynamic environment.
- Adaptability in a high-pressure setting.
- Proven experience in employee engagement and HR transformation.
- Demonstrated experience in managing people, systems, and culture change for performance.
Qualifications & Experience:
- BA in Human Resource Management; an MBA or relevant postgraduate degree will be an added advantage.
- At least 5 years in senior leadership within a Financial Institution or busy Corporate environment.
