Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Oversee all HR functions, including Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, and Employee Relations.
• Ensure compliance with all labor laws, HR regulations, and best practice standards.

Core Competencies:

• Strategic HR planning, execution, and systems development in a dynamic environment.
• Adaptability in a high-pressure setting.
• Proven experience in employee engagement and HR transformation.
• Demonstrated experience in managing people, systems, and culture change for performance.

Qualifications & Experience:

• BA in Human Resource Management; an MBA or relevant postgraduate degree will be an added advantage.
• At least 5 years in senior leadership within a Financial Institution or busy Corporate environment.
