OVERVIEW.

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Driver Supervisor to oversee the operations of our company's motor vehicles. The Driver Supervisor will play a crucial role in ensuring that all vehicles are well-maintained and operate efficiently, while also providing guidance and support to our team of drivers.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES.

• Supervise and ensure all company motor vehicles' proper maintenance and upkeep.
• Provide guidance, supervision, advice, and support to all company drivers to enhance their performance and adherence to safety protocols.
• Record and regularly update all motor vehicle reports, including maintenance schedules, fuel consumption, and incident reports.
• Create and manage motor vehicle schedules to meet operational requirements, including timely deliveries and pick-ups.
• Set performance goals and deadlines for the driver team, and monitor progress towards achieving targets.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS.

1. Bachelor's degree in Transport and Logistics, or a related field, demonstrating a solid understanding of transportation management practices.
2. Possession of a valid driving license, specifically Class C, and a proven track record of safe driving practices.
3. Strong leadership and supervisory skills to effectively manage a team of drivers.
4. Comprehensive knowledge of motor vehicle maintenance practices and safety protocols.
5. Effective communication skills to provide clear guidance and support to drivers.
